Richard H. Tucker. MBE FRSA CFILT FInstLM

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

An accomplished and entrepreneurial business leader with a track record of highly effective strategic planning, network building, governance oversight and leadership of commercial practices.

Richard has had an illustrious career from formative roles with the Royal Air Force to the founding of a socially conscious property management company and a range of board, director and trustee roles

His work in both the North East and in veteran employment services was recognised by inclusion on HM 2016 New Year’s Honours List for Services to Business, Skills Training and Community Service. Richard has significant Non-Executive Directorship experience, including corporate and charity governance, shareholder and stakeholder engagement, financial reporting, risk management and relationship building.

Appointed as “XForces” CIC North East Ambassador in 2017 to help promote, mentor and support those leaving the “Armed Forces” and commencing a route into self employment and business.

Richard thrives on enabling the professional development of his teams and employees, ensuring that they are offered every opportunity to up skill and develop.

Alison Stephenson FInstLM

Managing Director

Alison has over 20 years’ experience of developing businesses, bringing in contracts, negotiating and closing deals. Alongside this she plays a role in the finance side of the business and in early 2020 moved to focusing on the HR side of the company with bid writing as a key skill.

Alison is Deaf but does not let this hold her back and has gone on to achieve NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management and holds “Member” status as the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Alison also holds her Level 6 in British Sign Language (BSL), Level 3 in Equality and Diversity and as part of her passion for training she holds her Certificate in Education. Alison is committed to her own professional development and has undertaken her Level 7 in HR Management.

Alison was instrumental in enabling the company to progress from Disability Committed Level 1 to Level 2, Disability Employer. AAA is now working towards Level 3 which is being led by Alison. In her personal life Alison was also a Trustee of “Stamp It Out” which is an anti-stigma and discrimination education charity but having served her term is looking for her next trustee adventure.

Robert Stephenson

Health and Safety Manager

Robert has over 15 years’ experience of managing projects, supervising and supporting teams. He is qualified in Distribution and Warehousing Operations Level 2, Disability Equality Training: Training for Trainers and Supervision in Community and Youth Work.

As part of his commitment to his own professional development he has undertaken training in Risk Assessment, Process & Practice. Along with training in how to Maintain Safety at Work and finally qualifying more recently to NVQ 3 in Management.  

Robert has worked with a variety of communication methods including British Sign Language (BSL) for which he has his Level 2 as well as those who have English as a second language, which has enabled him to develop a high level of interactive communication skills.

Paige Williams

Admin Manager

Paige has a 10-year working background mainly in the hospitality sector and used her own initiative to develop self-taught clerical skills. Having dedicated her time to improving those skills Paige transferred this knowledge and turned this into career in Administration.


Paige is very much focused on gaining and developing an excellent Client working relationship.

As well as being a mum to a gorgeous little boy, in her spare time, Paige likes films and loves to cook.
